Apple Crisp

10 apples from 2-3 different varieties
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. rolled oats
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. butter, cold and diced

Peel, core, and dice apples.  Place apples in a greased 9 X 13 in pan.  Sprinkle with sugar and 1/4 topping mix.  Mix together.

In a different bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.  Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Take 1/4 topping mixture and stir into apples.  Place the remainder on top making sure all apples are covered effectively.

Bake in a 375 F oven for 30 - 35 minutes.
