1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. karo syrup
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
Cook for 5 minutes. Watch it because it will boil over.
Add 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Makes 1 pint
